Return and Exchange Policy

Depending on the nature of our product, all sales are final and not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund. Please allow 5-6 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Please note: A standard fee of 2% of the total order value, against the payment gateway fee, will be applicable on all canceled orders.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in case the item received by you is damaged or wrongly delivered.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds.

Damaged Item Received

We take extra care while preparing and packing each piece, so the chances of you receiving a damaged item are highly unlikely. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please notify our team within 12 hours of receiving the item by contacting us via email and/or phone.

Please ensure you include images of the item in your email for our team to verify the claim. Claims without photos will not be accepted.

Our Customer Service team will reach out to you immediately to help you find the best solution for the damaged item.
