Domestic Shipping within India

  • All garments are made to order once we receive your order and payment confirmation.
  • Shipping timelines vary by product, typically ranging from 15 to 45 days.

  • Free shipping on all orders within India

International Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated at time of checkout. Please feed your full address to get an estimate for shipping costs. 

  • Express shipping rates may vary, please choose express checkbox at time of checkout if your order is required on quick timelines.

Customs / VAT

Cherry Nair is not liable for customs duties, VAT, or any additional fees associated with international shipments. Please review these costs before placing your order.

Order Tracking

  • Orders can be tracked in real-time upon shipment.
  • Domestic orders receive tracking details within 12 hours of shipment.
  • International orders receive tracking details within 24 hours of shipment.

Express Orders

Need an outfit urgently? We offer express delivery for an additional fee. Please chook the Express checkbox at time of checkout. Once order is placed our Team will contact you to confirm the required delivery date. 

  • ₹3000 for orders below ₹10,000

  • ₹5000 for orders ₹10,000 and above

Express delivery timelines:

  • Domestic (India): 7–20 days, depending on the outfit.
  • International: 15–25 days, depending on the outfit.

Order Pickups

If a third party will collect your order from our Mumbai Studio, please inform us of their full name and contact details 1–2 days prior to pickup.

Delivery to Hotels / Colleges / Corporates

Shipments to hotels, colleges, or corporate locations are sent at the customer's responsibility. Cherry Nair is not liable for refunds or re-shipments if a package is declined or not accepted. Please confirm with the institution that they can accept deliveries on your behalf.

Shipping Costs / Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, rounded up to the next 500 grams.
  • For bulky items (e.g., lehengas), additional charges may apply if the package exceeds standard courier cost thresholds. We will notify you with an updated cost before shipping.

Address Change Requests

You have a 72-hour window after placing your order to request an address change. Please contact us at support@cherrynair.com for adjustments.

Delays

In the event of delays, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. While we aim for timely delivery, some delays may occur due to logistics or customs clearance, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
